Terms of use

CammerKit is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Chaturbate or Multi Media, LLC, and it does not speak for them.

Before CammerKit generates your code you tick one box. By ticking it you confirm three things at once: that you are of legal age and control the broadcaster account this profile is for; that you accept these terms and the privacy policy; and that you understand what the free profile includes.

What the free profile includes is not hidden: a visible Chaturbate signup button that uses CammerKit's referral link, and a small "Made with CammerKit" badge. Both appear in the preview before you copy anything, and both are described in the affiliate disclosure. If a new visitor creates an account through that button and later makes qualifying purchases, CammerKit may receive a commission from Chaturbate. That is the entire business model: there is no plan, no subscription and no payment, and nothing is charged to you or to your visitors.

The profile also ends with a short legal notice — adults only, no recording or reposting, copyright — that you can keep as your own. It credits CammerKit as the tool used to build the layout, in plain text and without a link, and it is visible in the preview before you copy.

To understand how the tool is used, CammerKit stores anonymous usage counters and, when you copy your profile, your public cam name. It does not store private data — no profile text, no email, no payment details and no IP address in its usage data — and it never sells or rents data or uses it for advertising. The privacy policy explains exactly what is kept, for how long, and how to ask for it to be deleted.

The tool is for adults who may legally use the platform they are building a profile for. By using it you confirm you are of legal age and that you control the broadcaster account you are creating the profile for.

You may use the generated templates and CammerKit's own artwork in your own profile while the sponsorship elements stay intact. The artwork itself is not licensed for resale, redistribution or use in another product.

You are responsible for the content you publish: your texts, your image URLs and your links, and for having the right to use them. Links you add are passed through exactly as you typed them; CammerKit never rewrites them or adds affiliate parameters to someone else's URL.

The generated code uses a conservative subset of HTML and inline styles that has been tested against the target platform, but that platform can change its editor at any time. Compatibility is not guaranteed permanently, and CammerKit may modify or withdraw templates.

The service is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, CammerKit is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of a generated profile.

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of establishment. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
